Cancellation Policy
The Rosewater Salon cancellation policy is as follows:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 -24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total.
Appointments not kept or cancelled within 24 hours or day of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service total.
There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment will be subject to being rescheduled and charged for a same day cancellation
